Fibromyalgia: The disease of unexpressed emotions

Although we do not believe it our emotional state favors all kinds of diseases: hypertension, heart dysfunctions, or nervous disorders of different types. In order for this not to happen we must “listen” to our body:

“To understand this connection, we first have to recognize that the mind and body are a whole.” Normally, we consider the body as a “packaging” that accompanies us, which we must take care of, and that when it is damaged they must take the doctor to repair it. “Unfortunately this vision is very limited. It denies the complexity of energies that shape our whole being, energies that flow and interconnect. (…) There is no separation between what happens in the mind (thoughts and feelings) and what happens in the body”

The problem with fibromyalgia is that sufferers feel misunderstood because it is a pain that is “not seen”. Fibromyalgia is considered a controversial diagnosis and some authors claim that it should not be considered as a disease due, among other reasons, to lack of abnormalities in the physical examination.

Definition of fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia is the disease of unexpressed emotions. It is the result of an internal conflict, we have generated it. The most affected organ is the liver, depositary of the emotions contained according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. He regulates fascias, musculature, tendons, ligaments, joints, vein and artery ducts, and sight. This organ is also responsible for the detoxification of all the toxins that make us sick, both external and internal.
What are the most common symptoms?
– It has many symptoms, the main is generalized musculoskeletal pain, with stiffness and fatigue, which is accompanied by a decrease in concentration and memory, insomnia, irritable colon, irritable bladder, headaches, anxiety, restless legs syndrome, chest pain, severe and painful periods, decreased vision, cramps, etc.
What kind of people has it?
– To have health and harmony we have to align thinking, feeling (emotions), and acting (action/word). In fibromyalgia, there is poor management of thoughts and emotions, because their energy is not released in action or by word. The action is suppressed and the energy of thought and emotion is blocked in the form of tension, which manifests itself through pain and a variety of symptoms.

Why are more cases found in women than men?
– Women are more emotional and more practical. His blockages are more emotional, while man is more mental and theoretical. On the other hand, the factor that makes this disease possible is repression. There is no doubt that, in our society, since childhood, women are more under repression than men.
Where does this disease come from?
– Like all diseases, fibromyalgia is multifactorial, but its origin is found in rigid cultural, family, and social patterns, which produce repression in childhood. The child copies these patterns to feel loved, and becomes obedient and submissive without being and begins to develop a false personality, departing from its essence. The psycho-emotional flaws that accompany the sick are: perfectionist pride to feel valued by the environment and contained anger, an emotion that, if not released, is devastating from health.
Do you have any kind of cure or is it really a chronic disease?
– Health can be recovered if this is our will, we have the necessary information and we are ready to make changes from the globality of the human being. We need a great transformation of the way we think, feel and act, that generates a new healthy, free and happy person.

What is transcranial stimulation?
– Transcranial stimulation is based on the production of an electric current in areas of the brain. We know that electric current creates electromagnetic fields, so, in my view, I don’t think fibromyalgia is the right thing to do. If we want to increase neurotransmitters like Serotonin and Melatonin, we have less invasive tools, such as food, the first medicine. To increase the level of neurotransmitters I recommend legumes, which contain Tryptophan, as it is an inducer of such neurotransmitters.
How can symptoms be improved?

– To heal the following changes are necessary: the change of attitude leads us to stop feeling victims to take responsibility, to stop being passive to be active, starting to self-manage the disease as protagonists through empowerment. Let us not expect to be healed, we need some nonconformism and rebellion to make our own decisions and lead our lives. We also need a lifestyle change, simplifying it and leaving stress. It is also necessary to replace the established patterns with our lived and understood experience, which will help us say “no” without feeling guilty. It is essential to change habits that harm us, especially that of food, a diet that depures our liver from toxics, including those of medication, that provides us with energy, alkalinity, that stimulates the immune system, and that is anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.
Is this some kind of modern disease?

– No. Diseases are born due to the psycho-emotional defects of humanity, but increase and are aggravated by lifestyle and poor diet. Currently, this disease has expanded due to the self-demand that women have self-imposed to reach all areas that modern life shows her, such as the work profession, the family, the house, social relations, etc. All this, many times, without the possibility of directing his life.
